    At the Elkhart Area Career Center, we’re proud to be part of the larger community in Elkhart, St Joseph County and Marshall County in Indiana, as well as Cass County in Michigan, in relationships that were established over 40 years ago. We offer programs to 16 area high schools, including 28 specialized programs for students in their junior or senior years. Almost all programs at the EACC include opportunities to earn college credits through Ivy Tech Community College, Vincennes University and Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). Our instructors are more than certified teachers – they are highly accredited business or industry professionals who are well-established in the field where they teach. We take pride in the high-level curriculum we offer, and are finely tuned in to the needs of our local businesses and the global market, adjusting our offerings and curriculum as market needs evolve. Well-established partnerships with hundreds of local business leaders and community organizations through our advisory board allow us to offer a wide range of paid and unpaid internships to our students, as well as provide them with opportunities for professional networking.
